As the name suggests, this conference is intended to gather together researchers working in Graphs, Designs and Algebraic Combinatorics. Topics we expect to be covered at the meeting include graph symmetry, group actions, linear algebra methods and association schemes. As well as the invited speakers, participants are encouraged to give contributed talks. Students and postdoctoral fellows are particularly welcome to attend. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors PIMS and the University of Regina, we have some limited funds available to support visiting students and help defray their expenses. Graphs, Designs and Algebraic Combinatorics is taking place back-to-back with another meeting: the Prairie Discrete Mathematics Workshop 2011. This is taking place on 22–23 July 2011. Why not attend both events? You can download a colour poster for the conference here. |
